This tendering procedure is an international call for tenders. It aims at concluding a framework agreement with up to 160 consultants with specific experience of cybercrime and electronic evidence, divided into 8 lots, with a view to establishing the terms of the subsequent call-offs for the provision of consultancy services, corresponding to the needs of the Council of Europe for the projects concerned. The current call for tenders applies to all current and future projects implemented by C-PROC during the execution period of the framework agreement.
