— Component A - Assist Vakifbank to identify potential financing opportunities with high added-value in the dairy, herbal production and livestock sectors in Turkey,

— Component B – Assist Vakifbank to identify good international agricultural and agri-food practices that can be adapted to Turkey, allowing Vakifbank to differentiate itself in the market as a high added-value financial Partner,

— Component C – Assist Vakifbank to develop non-financial services for its clients that may remove their obstacles to the adoption of good agricultural and agri-food practices.

Conditions de participation
Habilitation à exercer l'activité professionnelle:

Candidates must present the following documents:

— Document 1: Application letter DC1 (see attachment or form available at the following address http://www.economie.gouv.fr/daj/formulaires-declaration-du-candidat), or equivalent (A letter, dated and signed by a person having authority to represent the company, presenting the candidature, indicating whether it is presented by a company or by a consortium of jointly and severally liable companies,

— — size and composition of the applicant group shall be submitted, and,

— — each member must present the following documents).

If the applicant is applying as one member of a consortium, the applicant must also provide proof that each of the associated independent contractors or companies will put all necessary means at the applicant’s disposal during the execution of the assignment.

— Document 2: Appropriate statements from banks or insurance company providing evidence of insurance against relevant occupational risks,

— Document 3: Copy of the extract of the registration in the Register of companies,

— — Kbis in France or equivalent,

— — less than three months old.

In the event of judicial reorganization procedure, a copy of any judgement to this effect,

— Document 4: An official declaration that the candidate is not in any of the circumstances referred to in articles 45 and 48 of the Executive Order 2015- 899 published on the 23rd of July 2015 in the Journal Officiel de la République Française (Appendix 2 of the Service Agreement),

— Document 5: In case of identified sub-contractors, for each of them the candidate (or representative of the consortium) must present:

— — a letter, dated and signed by a person having authority to represent the company and by a person having authority to represent the sub-contractor; presenting:

— — — the sub-contractor,

— — — the subcontracted service and its amount,

— — — an official declaration that the subcontractor is not in any of the circumstances referred to in articles 45 and 48 of the Executive Order 2015- 899 of 23.7.2015.

— — a dated and signed certificate indicating how the candidate would contract all declared sub-contractors to execute the relevant tasks for the project. It is specified that a candidate could request that capacity of sub-contractors could be taken into account to appreciate his application (or those of the consortium). In that case, each sub-contractor would provide all documents mentioned below.

— Document 10: A copy of the certificates referred to in Article 51 of the No. 2016-360 of March 25, 2016, or an affidavit duly dated and signed by a person empowered to represent the company attesting that the candidate is up to date with its tax obligations and Social services in its country of incorporation.

Situation économique et financière:

Document 6: A statement of the applicant’s gross revenue for the most-recent past three years and a detail of revenue from consulting services featured in this Call for EOI.

Capacité technique et professionnelle:

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating the ability of the consultant to perform the task:

— Document 7: A list of the main consulting services delivered during the last three years, detailing their value and date, sorted by private- or public-sector customer. Delivery of consulting services should be proven by customer statements or, lacking those, by a sworn statement from the applicant,

— Document 8: A statement of your average annual workforce and number of managerial staff employed during the last three years,

— Document 9: The indication of the educational and professional qualifications of the management of the company in particular, the persons in charge of the bid.
