Description du marché:

The purpose of this consultation is to define the supply, on behalf of CEA, of the compression and expansion components of a high-temperature heat pump (> 400°C) of some 10ènes of thermal kW. This heat pump will use a gas as working fluid. This contract comprises the following phases - Firm phase: Design of a turbo compressor - Optional tranche 1: Design and supply of the turbo-compressor prototype. This contract includes the following options: - Optional option 1: Additional studies for an integrated solution, in addition to the firm tranche (complete "open circuit" and/or "closed circuit" loop). - Optional option 2: Implementation of an integrated solution following the studies for the firm tranche, and in the event that optional option 1 is exercised (complete "open circuit" and/or "closed circuit" loop). - Optional option 3: The price of transport in the event of exercise of the optional tranche and in the event of exercise of optional option 2, including insurance, in accordance with CEA Grenoble DAP conditions (Incoterms ICC 2020 Convention). Justification for non-allotment: The purpose of the contract is to design and build a very-high-temperature heat pump. The subject of the contract does not allow the identification of distinct services in accordance with article L 2113-10 of the CCP.

Failure to exercise option 1 will not give rise to any compensation for the Contractor.
