EDF Renouvelables is looking to renew its global Construction & Property Onshore Renewables program effective January 1, 2024 to provide coverage for a portfolio comprised of a variety of assets (onshore wind, ground solar plants, hybrid projects, solar roof top, measuring equipment, stocks offices and warehouses owned or rented, storage systems ) fully owned by EDF R or in partnership with third party companies, from the beginning of the construction of the plant to its dismantling.
This insurance program will include the following covers:
- Construction all risks,
- Delay in start up,
- Operational all risks,
- Business interruption.

To participate, the candidate will have to provide:
- For candidates established in France: an extract of the company register (K-bis) or equivalent certifying the registration procedure) not more than 3 months old.
- For candidates established outside of France: a document coming from the authorities in charge of the professional registers or equivalent or for companies in the process of registration, a document not older than 3 months certifying the registration request

Situation économique et financière:
- economic dependency with EDF Renouvelables below 25%,
- a recent certificate or a copy of rating from an independent rating agency such as Standard and Poor’s, Fitch, AM Best or Moody’s (minimum rating -A),
- last financial annual report
Capacité technique et professionnelle:
- documentation evidencing the expertise of underwriting team and experience of projects of similar nature
- documentation evidencing claims handling experience and services
- documentation evidencing expertise in engineering services
These documents in English have to be provided by each candidate individually, or if applicable, by each member of the consortium or the declared subcontractors.
