Situation économique et financière:

Minimum turnover required per lot is set out in the excel file "23659-PQQ_Rev.0" enclosed in the dossier "RFI-23659 : Geophysical and Geotechnical Surveys for installation engineering of Offshore Substations and Submarine Cable Routes" available under the link https://rte-france.bravosolution.com. The excel file "23659-PQQ_Rev.0" shall be filled in by each candidate and submitted in the RFI under the link https://rte-france.bravosolution.com.

For all lots:

- Provide the portions of the turnover associated to the type of services requested for each lot in the contract notice for the the last 3 years (2020, 2021, 2022)

- Provide a brief summary of Candidate's history and also an organizational chart detailing the Candidate organization (mentioning the number of employees)

- Present the Candidate entity from a legal point of view

- Provide the name of the direct parent company and the ultimate holding company of the Candidate

- Provide the shareholding diagram of the Candidate.

- In case the Candidate plans to subcontract a part of its activities related the contract notice, please provide the scope of work planned to be subcontracted and the subcontractor name if known at that time.

Payment conditions : 49 days from the issuance date of the invoice accepted by RTE.

RTE reserves the right to request to the group of economic operators its transformation into a group where all members are jointly and severally liable at framework contract award, should this transformation be necessary to the good execution of the framework contract.

In case of group application, all the documents requested from III.1.1) to III.1.3) shall be provided by each of the group members.

Except as stipulated in the article R.2142-26 of the French Code de la Commande Publique, the group members shall not be modified between the answer to the contract notice and the signature of the framework contract.

The appeal must be lodged before the conclusion of the contract.

A claim in a pre-contractual summary proceeding is possible as stated in articles 11 et seq. of Order NO.2009-515 of 7 May of 2009 related to complaint proceedings applicable to public procurement contracts.
