Economic and financial capacity: Applicants must have a sufficient and permanent financial base to be able to adapt their technical and human capacities to EDF's needs throughout the duration of the contract. Minimum specific level(s) required: Candidates who do not provide evidence of an average insurance brokerage turnover of at least €10,000,000 over the last three financial years may not tender. Information and formalities required to assess whether these requirements have been met: documents to be attached to the application file: any official document or analysis document in support of an official document showing that the required threshold has been met or exceeded.

Capacité technique et professionnelle

Technical and professional capacity: Applicants must: 1) have an existing, robust and experienced organisation capable of analysing needs, placing and managing an international SPPI programme (references required) 2) have an existing, robust and experienced organisation capable of managing international SPPI claims for a large company such as EDF (references required)

Tenders must be expressed in Euros. Prices are subject to revision. Financing from own resources. Payment 60 days from the date of issue of the invoice and payment of instalments corresponding to the services provided. Payment by bank transfer in accordance with the terms set out in the contractual documents.

In accordance with the regulations relating to due diligence and national or local legislation relating to the struggle against corruption, money laundering and the financing of terrorism applicable to the business relationship with the EDF Group, each candidate must declare and sign an undertaking in respect of compliance requirements (declaration available on oodrive at the time of application). Each candidate must provide a declaration on their honour to prove that they do not fall into any of the cases mentioned in articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-5 (automatic exclusions) and L. 2141-7 to L. 2141-11 of the CCP (exclusions at the discretion of the purchaser). This declaration must be produced by individual candidates and by each member of a candidate group and, where applicable, by any sub-contractors presented. Each candidate must certify that they are not in one of the cases provided for in Council of the European Union regulation no. 2022/576 of 8 April 2022 concerning restrictive measures with regard to actions by Russia destabilising the situation in Ukraine (certificate available on oodrive when the application is submitted).
