EDF Renouvelables is looking to renew a corporate CARDSUPDBI program effective 01.01.2022 for its assets (mast and measuring system, office, warehouse...) and production sites (wind farm, battery, solar plant, hybrid projects...) detained at 100% or in partnership from the beginning of the construction of the plants to its dismantling.
This insurance program will include the following covers:
-construction all risks including transit,
-delay in start up,
- operational all risks,
- business interruption,
- terrorism insurance (if applicable).

To participate the candidate will have to provide:

For candidate established in France:

- an extract from the company register (K-bis or equivalent certifying the registration procedure) not more than 3 months old.

For candidates established outside of France,

a document coming from the authorities in charge of the professional registers or equivalent or for companies in the process of registration, a document not older than

3 months certifying the registration request,

-a document proving the powers of the person authorized to commit the applicant.

For all the candidates,

- a dated and signed sworn statement that the candidate does not fall into any of the cases of bidding prohibition mentioned in the articles L. 2141-1.to L. 2141-12. of the Ordinance No 2018-1074 of the 26.11.2018 on Public Contract and notably that the candidate is in order with the articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labour Law regarding the employment of disabled workers,

- in case of legal redress(es), a copy of the decision(s)

-a copy of the authorization to conduct insurance business in the relevant class granted by the supervisory authority (autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution) or equivalent certificate in the Member State in which it is established.

- a declaration and commitment of compliance and an integrity check questionnaire,

- non disclosure agreement agreement signed.

Candidates which belong to EDF Group:

ln order to ensure that the articles L111-1 0 and the followings of the Energy Code (Code de l' Energie) are respected,a candidate controlled directly or indirectly by companies part of EDF Group must provide a statement indicating its equity links with one or several companies of EDF Group.

These documents in English have to be provided by each candidate individually, or of applicable, by each member of the consortium or the declared subcontractors.

Situation économique et financière:

-economic dependency with EDF Renouvelables below 25 %,

-candidate whose financial balance is respected (annual value of the contract/candidate annual turnover has to be lower than 50%),

-a recent certificate or a copy of rating from an independent rating agency such as standard and poors, Fitch, AM Best or Moody's (minimum rating -A), last annual report

Presentation of a complete application with the following documents:

- reference from previous placement of construction, Advanced loss of profit, operation, business interruption,transit, third party liability insurance for onshore renewable energy and similar renewable power energy producers,

- list of countries (where EDF Renouvelables is present) in which the company is authorized to provide insurance or reinsurance,

- organization chart of the underwriting department of the candidates,

- organization chart of the claim management department of the candidate (please underline French and English language skills and capacity to deal with claims in the countries where EDF Renouvelables is present).

These documents in English have to be provided by each candidate individually, or of

applicable, by each member of the consortium or the declared subcontractors.
