A selection of digital programmes is available with subtitles in English, Spanish, Polish and Italian, in addition to the French and German versions. This offer is available on the channel's various digital vectors in Europe, and for half of the programmes, worldwide.
This procedure concerns the renewal of subtitling services for multilingual videos in English, Spanish, Polish and Italian.

Correct spelling and grammatical quality are the basis for a good translation. As such, ARTE requires that the translators are native-speakers of the target language. ARTE is entitled to examine the progress of work in progress at all stages of manufacture and to request from the contractor any information necessary for the performance of the language work, — subtitling orders and the provision of the necessary equipment are carried out via a tool developed by ARTE (‘Partner’ server), — applications must be delivered electronically using ARTE GEIE’s purchasing profile: https:// www.arte.tv/sites/corporate/appels-doffres/ In order to ensure proper use of the electronic platform, candidates are invited to check that they possess the requisite techniques upon reading the tender documents and well in advance of the deadline for the delivery of applications. Use of the latest versions of the Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome browsers, and of a recent version of Java, is recommended. In the event of technical difficulties when using the platform, candidates can contact the following number: +33 492909327. Any file whose upload completes after the deadline (time and date) set out above will be regarded as irregular. 1) The completed European Single Procurement Document (ESPD)), which can be accessed via the following link: https://uea.publicprocurement.be/

The XML file attached to the tender documents must be uploaded on this service.

Select ‘I am an economic operator’ and ‘Import an ESPD (request or response)’, then upload the XML file attached to the tender documents.

The completed ESPD must be attached to the application documents in XML and PDF format.

Situation économique et financière:

1) Certificate of insurance covering the candidate’s civil professional liability;

2) A list of the company's average workforce within the past 3 years;

3) Turnovers excluding VAT for the last 3 years. The candidate specifies the part of the turnover (in %) which is related to the services of the future contract.

Capacité technique et professionnelle:

1) A presentation of the candidate;

2) The list of the candidate’s main references (maximum 5 references), which are comparable to those subject to this present tender, still in progress or not older than 3 years.

As such, these references must correspond to projects of audiovisual content subtitling, in the target language of the lot for which the candidate is applying. This list of references will contain in particular:

(a) the name of the customer (with the field of activity, name, telephone number and email address of a main contact person);

(b) the type of service;

(d) a description of the means used.

The candidate will complete the reference presentation document provided on ARTE GEIE buyer profile (see Article I.3).

If a candidate wishes to submit several lots of the present procedure, he may submit a single application file, but this file must include as many reference lists as lots submitted.
