The request for funds has been made in accordance with Regulation (EC) N° 479/2008 on the common organization of the market in wine and Regulation (EC) N°555/2008 laying down detailed rules for implementing Regulation (EC) No 479/2008 as regards support programs.

Habilitation à exercer l'activité professionnelle:

Cover letter, including the mention ‘Marketing Consultancy Services — China’, dated and signed by the candidate's duly authorized representative.

Identification form, accompanied by proof of corporate or other relevant registration, if applicable.

Candidates who are incorporated must provide documentary proof of registration, according to the regulations in force in their country of residence.

Description of the candidate's organizational structure

Principal fields of activity

For candidates applying as a legal person: balance sheet and consolidated income statements of the last 3 financial years or those available for corporations established more recently.

For candidates applying as a natural person: a bank letter certification to the effect that the candidate is solvent and has had no blocked accounts in the last twelve months prior to the issuance of the certificate.

Capacité technique et professionnelle:

A copy of the candidate's and/or its team's curriculum vitae, including experience relating to the wine and spirits industry in the Market and experience in providing the Services.

Ability to coordinate agencies, supported by examples of relevant projects.

Ability to work in French and/or English.
