Channel 2 projects transverse evaluation
The selected agency(ies) will perform the following duties:
— Design of the transverse evaluation framework. Deliverable: 1 concept note
— Final evaluation of all the projects concerned. Deliverables for every final evaluation: 1 evaluation plan, 1 evaluation report and 1 evaluation results synthetic presentation.
— Synthesis of the final projects evaluations and capitalization on the concerned thematic of the transverse evaluation. Deliverables: 1 final report, 1 final report synthesis, 1 transverse evaluation results presentation, 1 or several movies valorizing actors and results of the concerned projects.
— Restitution of the transverse evaluation results. Deliverables: 1 regional workshop and/or 1 presentation in France.
The thematics of the different transverse evaluations are:
— procurement and stock management (lot n. 1);
— integration of vertical programs (lot n. 2);
— access to care observatories (lot n. 3);
— key-populations (lot n. 4);
— civil society strengthening towards Global Fund (lot n. 5);
— operational research (lot n. 6);
— resistances (lot n. 7);
— adolescents girls and boys / young women (lot n. 8).
