The evaluation of a generic campaign of promotion and information to different consumer target groups in all participating countries highlighting the nutritional benefits of milk and milk products under the global concept of "milk, nutritious by nature" (working title). The objective of the campaign is to increase the consumption of milk and milk products of these target groups taking into account the different cultures and market situations.

Conditions de participation
Habilitation à exercer l'activité professionnelle:

1. A declaration concerning the name and capacity of the person authorized to commit the agency and, where appropriate, the mandate entitling him to do so;

2. Copy of any sentence(s) passed if the candidate is under supervision of the courts. Persons coming under court supervision with the meaning of Article L.631-1 of the Code of Commerce or an equivalent procedure governed by foreign law must furnish proof of their authorization to continue their activity during the foreseeable duration for completion of the contract;

3. A certificate of incorporation, if applicable;

4. A certificate of good standing delivered by the Secretary of State of Incorporation;

5. An affidavit, duly signed and dated by the person mandated by the board of directors to commit the company;

6. An enrolment on the professional or trade register;

7. A certificate of the competent state authority, certifing that: the company is in good standing and has duly paid all federal, state and local taxes; the company has never field for bankruptcy or protection from creditors under the bankruptcy laws; the company has never been barred from any public tendering by any public authority.

2. The federal income tax return (without annexes) for the last 3 years.

Capacité technique et professionnelle:

1. A list of the main professional references of the candidate for the last 3 years with amount, date and name of customer. Presentation of the 3, for this tender, most relevant cases;

2. A brochure presenting the agency and indicating its resources in terms of structure, staff and resources;

3. The candidate must prove to have branches, affiliates or partners in each of the participating countries.
