It aims at concluding a framework agreement for event organization and related services with Service Providers in 37 countries, specialized in event organization/management and related services, with a view to establishing the terms of the subsequent call-offs for the provision of services, corresponding to the needs of the Council of Europe for the projects concerned. The procurement for the contract will be conducted in accordance with the CoE procedures as set out in tender documents and applicable internal legal instruments of the CoE, in particular Rule No. 1395 of 20 June 2019 on the procurement procedures of the CoE.
