The selected service provider shall provide the following services to EDQM:
i. support in implementing and monitoring its key communication activities as defined in the communication strategy; and
ii. provide ongoing support on an ad hoc basis covering various communication needs.

Brève description:

The selected service provider shall will be required to support the development and implementation of the EDQM’s communication strategy to meet set objectives;

• provide a creative, responsive, flexible and full-service communications resource, to be drawn upon as and when required;

• effectively measure and evaluate all communication activities and provide regular reports;

• display meaningful awareness of the context in which the EDQM operates, the subject matter and agenda of EDQM communication, and the challenges of communicating in the areas of public health, quality of medicines and healthcare;

• be conversant with restrictions on and/or requirements of communication activities in the areas of public health, quality of medicines and healthcare.

Durée de l'accord: 20 mois
Description des renouvellements:

The tender shall give rise to a single framework contract, effective from the date of signature until the 31st of December of 2024.

The Framework Contract will be tacitly renewed for periods of one year until the 31st December of 2028.

Implementation of the contract will be carried out in accordance with the Council of Europe procedures as set out in the tender documents and the applicable internal legal instruments of the Council of Europe, in particular Rule No. 1395 of 20 June 2019 on the procurement procedures of the Council of Europe. No other procurement procedures will apply. These documents are available on the Council of Europe website

In submitting this form, the Council of Europe does not waive the privileges and immunities granted to it by virtue of the General Agreement on Privileges and Immunities of the Council of Europe and its Protocols, and in particular Article 21 - Disputes - of the General Agreement.
