A statement of the applicants gross revenue for the most-recent past 3 years and a detail of revenue from consulting services featured in this call for proposal. A minimum of 2 000 000 EUR (two million euro) annual turnover in average over the last 3 (three) years for the single entity or at least one member of the JV is a mandatory requirement.

Conditions d'exécution du contrat:

The estimated duration for implementation of the assignment is 21 months. The contract cannot be executed after the 22.9.2020 (deadline for the use of the financing from the EU Climate Investment Funds). All contracts will be terminated at that date at the latest; no extension will be possible under the EU CIF framework.

A former tender has been cancelled by Afd. This is the new tender relaunched with more specific terms of reference Criteria for the award: precisions — Technical criteria: 80 %

1) Description of the bidder's understanding of the ToR, specifically addressing the key drivers and outcomes of the tasks. This is worth 20 pts of the Technical evaluation;

2) Bidder's proposed methodology for undertaking the task, included levels of resources (manpower and equipment), duration, etc. This is worth 40 pts of the Technical evaluation;

3) Bidder's proposed key personnel for the tasks; the bidders shall provide a summary for each key staff which details their experience and explains why they are suited for the role. This is worth 40 pts of the Technical evaluation.
