Marine Warranty Surveyor (MWS) service for the offshore connections of RTE
RTE is responsible for the performance of the connections of the 3 offshore wind farms of the ‘AO1’ for Calvados, Fécamp and Saint-Nazaire, for the client Eolien Maritime France (EMF), and others offshore connections future projects.
For this reason, the MWS services will cover in particular the following elements for each project:
— Review and approval of the technical documentation resulting from the submarine cables supplying, laying and protection contract.
— Analysis of the quality and the compliance of the key elements of the projects (laying vessel, trenching tools).
— Certificates of approval issuing after the different phases of the projects.
— Submarine cables laying and protection operations control and others prior offshore works operations.
— Participation in several meetings with RTE and different stakeholders of the projects.
