The object of the following tender is to quote the construction in Hong Kong in 2012/2013/2014 of selected French Pavilions designed by the Exhibition Design and Services of Ubifrance. The bidder has to propose the most adequate technical solutions and materials to that effect. The quote includes the construction (setting up and dismantling), transportation and stocking of the part specially built for Ubifrance.
The contract concerns the following shows organized by Ubifrance Paris in Hong Kong:

— Cosmoprof Asia HK 2012,
— Hong Kong optical fair 2013,
— Cosmoprof Asia HK 2013,
— Selected french pavilions in HK in 2012/2013/2014.

Conditions de participation
Habilitation à exercer l'activité professionnelle:

— DC1 application letter or equivalent,

— DC2 (or A, B, C, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L sections) or documents relating the person authorized to bind the applicant; if the applicant is in receivership, a copy of the judgment handed down to this effect,

— A sworn statement dated and signed in the original by the applicant proving that:

a. They comply with the fiscal and labour requirements or rules with equivalent effect for applicants whose companies are not registered in France;

b. They have not been the subject, over the last 9 years, of a conviction registered on “certificate no.2” of the police record in France for offences listed under the French Labour Law or rules having the same effect by applicants with companies registered in France.

— A company registration certification dated within the last 3 months.

Situation économique et financière: — Statement of accounts and annual accounts for the last 3 financial years.
Capacité technique et professionnelle:

— A summary presentation brochure of the applicant company,

— Dedicated team, at least English-speaking, including a Ubifrance project manager interface (unique interlocutor for the preparation and built-up),

— Staff dedicated to the contract (including temporary and subcontracted staff),

— Company’s overall workforce,

— Capacity to manage several projects at the same time,

— Research department, internal production resources (stock of available equipment, production workshops, etc.), subcontracted production resources, local operations in countries in question (office, subsidiary, representative, subcontractor, etc.),

— Communicate examples of projects (photos, film, etc.) involving the exclusive design, production and assembly of a joint pavilion and capacity to provide advice and meet the specific requirements (needs and challenges) of collective sections and any international experience,

— Supply a list of clients, including the name, date and place of the event, a contact with contact details; specify experience, if any, of working with Ubifrance in this field (including CFME and CFME ACTIM).
