CoE - Learning Management System (LMS)
The Council of Europe is looking for a new Learning Management System. The scope of this contract encompasses the complete implementation, and integration of a state-of-the-art Learning Management System (LMS/LXP) for the CoE. The system must address the evolving requirements of modern learning and development, facilitating the administrative management of mutli-format learning programs and providing an easy access, user-friendly experience for the learner.
