and Regulation (EC) N° 555/2008 laying down detailed rules for implementing Regulation (EC) N° 479/2008 as

regards support programs.

Habilitation à exercer l'activité professionnelle:

Cover letter, including the mention ‘Events 2017-2019’, dated and signed by the candidate's duly authorized representative and specifying the lot(s) in respect of which the Proposal is being submitted.

Identification form, accompanied by proof of corporate registration.

All candidates must provide documentary proof of corporate registration, according to the regulations in force in their country of residence.

Sworn statement.

Situation économique et financière:

Description of the candidate's organizational structure and list of markets in which it is established.

Principal fields of activity.

Balance sheet and consolidated income statements of the last three (3) financial years (which the CIVB shall treat as confidential).

Capacité technique et professionnelle:

Knowledge and experience relating to the alcohol industry in the market(s), including knowledge of legislation, regulations and/or guidelines applicable to alcohol-related communication and marketing activities.

Knowledge of the market and experience in providing the Services, notably experiential events, including:

— A supporting list and summary description of the most relevant projects of the last three (3) years;

— Proposals relating to opinion leader events (lots 2, 4, 6 and 7), must specify the candidates' knowledge of and experience with the on-trade, including a supporting list of on-trade opinion leaders, as well as with wine education networks and organizations;*

— A list of wine regions and/or wine brands for which the candidate has worked or is currently working.

*Proposals relating to lot 7 (Canada) must identify opinion leaders in both Quebec and Anglophone Canada.

Team who will be in charge of providing the Services, including each member's curriculum vitae (specifying relevant diplomas, professional experience, languages spoken, wine-related knowledge)

Ability to work in English and/or in French.

Ability, supported by concrete examples, to provide detailed and timely estimates, invoices, performance reports and other supporting documents.

Actions carried out by the CIVB in non-European countries may be co-financed by the European Union and may therefore be subject to European Union reporting requirements relating to activities and expenses.
