Certificate of registration on the trade register as per the rules and regulations of the country where the tenderer has its place of business;
The tenderer shall not have been convicted by a ‘res judicata’ sentence for any offence impacting its professional integrity. Tenderer's manager shall make a declaration under oath that they have not been convicted;
The tenderer shall provide their full style, head office, the name of the representing person, his address, his telephone number, his e-mail;
The tenderer will provide a written declaration that he has no sentence which forbid him to participate to a public call for tender;
The tenderer shall not have been convicted by a ‘res judicata’ sentence for any professional discrimination against men or women or handicapped person. Tenderer's manager shall make a declaration under oath that they have not been convicted;
The tenderer will provide a written declaration that he is in accordance with the legislation about salary negotiation, salary between men and women, employee saving scheme and time of work;
Insurance certificates;
The tenderer shall have fulfilled its payment obligations toward the social security according to the rules and regulations of the country where the tenderer has its place for business. Tenderer shall provide the corresponding certificates and appendices for the last 3 years;

The tenderer shall provide a description of his policy as regards ‘ Sustainable Development ’ in accordance with the directives of the European Community and in particular concerning the following aspects:
— Environment,
— Social measures,
— Economic measures.
Situation économique et financière:
The tenderer shall not have filled a petition of cessation of payments or be in situation of liquidation, compulsory liquidation, preventive composition or be declared in bankruptcy by order of any Court of competent jurisdiction or any situation of the same kind resulting of a procedure of same nature according to the rules and regulations of the country where the Tenderer has its place of business. Tenderer will provide official document by its state administration or its legal representative shall make a written sworn statement.

Capacité technique et professionnelle:
— A list of seismic source deliveries during the last 3 years with the number and type of the delivered systems;
— General description of the technical means of the tenderer and/or its sub-contractors, such as:
i. General organization chart of the tenderer and/or its sub-contractors;
ii. Organization chart and technical means of the design and engineering division;
iii. Organization chart and technical means of the research and development division;
iv. Organization chart and technical means of the production division;
v. Number of people in the pay roll working for each division.
— Means of the candidate and/or its sub-contractors for quality control.
Exécution du marché
Dépôts et garanties exigés: Banks certificate which certificate of the financial capacity of the tenderer.
Principales conditions de financement et modalités de paiement et/ou référence aux dispositions pertinentes qui les régissent: Ifremer payment period is sixty (60) days since the invoice issue date.
