European Union funds for certain non-European markets have been requested; their availability (or lack thereof) may affect the value of the market specified herein and in the Invitation to tender. The request for funds has been made in accordance with Regulation (EC) Nо 479/2008 on the common organization of the market in wine and Regulation (EC) Nо 555/2008 laying down detailed rules for implementing Regulation (EC) Nо 479/2008 as regards support programs.

Informations juridiques, économiques, financières et techniques
Conditions de participation
Habilitation à exercer l'activité professionnelle:

— Cover letter, including the mention ‘Press Relations Services USA 2015-2017’, dated and signed by the candidate’s duly authorized representative,

— Identification form (Annex 2 to the Invitation to tender), duly completed and signed, accompanied by documentary proof of registration on a professional or corporate register,

— Sworn statement (Annex 3), dated and signed, certifying that the candidate:

(i) has fulfilled its fiscal and social security obligations;

(ii) is not subject to any voluntary or involuntary liquidation, bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings or any other similar proceedings provided for under national legislation or regulation; and;

(iii) is not prohibited from participating in invitations to tender.

Situation économique et financière:

— Description of the candidate’s organizational structure and list of markets in which it is established,

— Description of the candidate’s principal fields of activity,

— Copy of the candidate’s balance sheet and consolidated income statements of the last 3 financial years.

Capacité technique et professionnelle:

— Experience relating to the wine and spirits industry in the market, including knowledge of the applicable legislative and/or regulatory framework,

— Knowledge of the market and experience in providing the Services, including:

— a supporting list of the candidate’s media contacts,

— a summary description of the most relevant projects of the last 3 years,

— a list of wine regions and/or wine brands for which the candidate has worked or is currently working,

— Team who will be in charge of providing the Services, including each member's curriculum vitae (specifying relevant diplomas, professional experience, languages spoken, wine-related knowledge),

— Ability, supported by concrete examples, to provide detailed estimates, activity reports, time-sheets and expense reports.
