ARTE G.E.I.E. is a European cultural channel based in Strasbourg and broadcasts its programmes 24 hours a day on all platforms in France, Germany and Europe, as a minimum in French and German (linear broadcasting). Non-linear broadcasting of arte.tv services (live and VoD) is available in seven languages (DE, FR, EN, ES, IT, PL, RO). The purpose of this tender procedure is to select service providers for : 1. The design and creation of several content pieces on a weekly basis for the social media networks of ARTE’s European Development in English (EN), Spanish (ES), Polish (PL), Italian (IT) and Romanian (RO). 2. The posting and community management of those social media networks being them: Facebook (in EN, ES, PL, IT, RO), Instagram (in ES, PL, IT, RO) TikTok (in ES, PL, IT, RO) LinkedIn (EN)

ARTE has a large English-speaking fan base both in Europe and beyond. Over the past year, data from the arte.tv platform shows that 30% of this community is French-German, people who are familiar with ARTE in its original language but prefer to consume it in English, 56% are people living in different European countries, including a large community in the United Kingdom, and 14% of our audience is outside Europe. Beyond our two YouTube channels in English (which are not part of this tender), we have a Facebook page, and we have been building a corporate presence on LinkedIn since June 2025.
