The European Court of Human Rights (hereinafter “the Court”) is launching a Framework Contract for Information Security Governance services. Main Objectives:  Provide expert assistance to the Court's IT Department, in collaboration with the department's Security Team, in the evaluation and implementation of best practice security governance processes.  Provision of specialised senior or junior profiles as required on an as-needs basis  Services may be provided remotely but with the requirement to be physically present at the Court as required  The volume of services to be ordered may vary based on the requirements of the Court at any given time
