The purpose of this notice is to provide the information necessary for candidates to respond to the contract

notice launched by the Compagnie Nationale du Rhône (CNR) for a decision support tool to optimise planning

of the maintenance and renewal of industrial equipment at hydropower developments

Phase 1: Solution installation and configuration

• *Requirements analysis and writing of (technical/functional) specifications

• *Supply of a decision support tool that meets the desired technical characteristics,

• *Assistance with configuration of the tool to integrate it with CNR’s asset management system,

• Training of future users in configuration and interpretation of the results obtained,

• *Configuration of automated reports/dashboards (planning, risks, financial, and other indicators such as the

flexibility of the maintenance scenarios obtained, detection of break points) or extraction methods for analysis of

the data via our BI tool.

• *Project management

Phase 2: Handover of the solution

• *Fee for the solution

• Hosting

• *Operation and maintenance

Tasks marked with an asterisk must be considered core tasks and as such cannot be subcontracted by the

candidate.

The dedicated project team is open to the proposal of additional options that meet its requirements

CNR reserves the right to select the 7 best candidates to participate in the offer submission phase. CNR also

reserves the right to negotiate with only some of the tenderers whose offers have been chosen at the end of the

second phase.
