The object of the present tender is to request a quotation for the design and construction of French pavilions for Food and Wine trade shows in USA in 2022-2023, and possibly in 2024 and in 2025.
The bidder should propose a design with the most adequate technical solutions and materials for building the pavilion, and the most environment-friendly solutions at the best price.
The quotation for all the versions must include the design and transfer of related intellectual property rights, production, transportation (in New York, San Francisco, and Anaheim), drayage, construction (build-up and dismantling), maintenance during the trade show, maintenance and storage between trade shows of the custom made and standard elements specially built for Business France, cleaning at the end of build-up, during the shows and dismantling, power supply and connection, hanging fees, internet connection for Business France information point, the relevant insurances
