The object of the following tender is to request a quotation for the design and construction of two (2) French Pavilions (an institutional pavilion and an agribusiness pavilion) in two (2) different halls organized by Business France on the CIIE in Shanghai on November 05-10, 2020 and possibly 2021.
The bidder has to propose a design and the most adequate technical solutions and materials to that effect.
The quotation must include the design, production, transportation and drayage, construction (build-up and dismantling), maintenance during the trade show, maintenance and storage of the custom made and standard elements specially built for Business France, cleaning at the end of build-up, during the show and after the dismantling, water connection, power connection and supply, internet connection and the relevant insurances.
