Mobile security for AFD agents when in mission in Iraq:
— establishment of a global security framework to fully support travels of AFD missions:
(i) in and around Baghdad;
(ii) around Erbil and in Iraqi Kurdistan;
(iii) and in every other governorate of the country (Mosul in priority), combining a level of high security and flexibility to adapt to the frequent changes in the programs, generally known with limited anticipation;
— provision of secured accommodation close in Baghdad with the possibility of catering for diner and/or lunch, with Internet access and printing/copying possibilities.
