Under the supervision and guidance of the Team Leader and in cooperation with all project management team members the Employment Coordinator will take over following duties:
— Support Team Leader in daily management of the activities related to his field of expertise
— Liaise with EUMS administrations, beneficiary institutions, EU Commission services, EU Delegations and other stakeholders at operational level
— Analysis and fine-tuning of requests in consultation with requesting institution, EU Commission services and external donors
— Participate in drafting Action Approval Fiches and identification of suitable experts in close collaboration with technical experts
— Ensure preparation, backstopping and follow-up of experts' missions
— Ensure feedback and supports Team Leader in documentation and evaluation of individual actions
— Prepare documentation (e.g. for meetings, training seminars etc.)
— Contribute to the implementation of knowledge development activities
— Coordination/supervision of the maintenance and updating of the IT based Project Management Tool
— Contribution to the further development/revisions of the project's procedures and tools (with other team members)
— Contribution to project reporting towards the EU Commission
— Contribution to the implementation of communication and visibility activities of the programme
The described tasks involve the necessity to network and interact with a multiplicity of institutions from EU and third countries, EU Commission services and external donors as well as the readiness and ability to travel abroad.
