Technical Coordinator for the Green Microfinance Project
Technical Assistance for the Project (CKH 1133) of support to the solar sector and to three microfinance institutions in developing access to solar products for households non connected to the electricity grid. He will be in charge of carrying out or organizing the following tasks:
Program management:
Coordinate Program activities and be responsible for Program implementation.
Manage the budget for AFD and disburse subsidy (to be confirmed).
Launch tenders for specialized services (with a non-objection clause from AFD).
Approve the technical assistance requested by each supplier.
Frequently report to the Supervision Committee and the Advisory Board.
Accreditation process management:
Define the criteria for the Program Quality requirements.
Organise the selection of the solar companies and their products/services within the proposed scheme.
Update the list of approved products and services.
Communication:
Coordinate the communication on the Program and the launching of awareness campaigns.
Manage mass media communication.
Submit name and logo to Supervision Committee's approval.
Develop and host the Program website.
Support to stakeholders:
Assist in the creation of a Solar branch association.
Organise the trainings for the suppliers and the MFIs.
Support the set-up of the interaction between solar suppliers, MFIs, training institutes and other stakeholders, by elaborating standardized contracts, MoUs and procedures.
Collect and update information about power grid extension and development of REEs, in order to inform MFIs, solar suppliers and other actors of the Program.
Organize meetings with other existing rural networks owners to check if any partnership is possible with the solar suppliers.
Compile database and other information from suppliers.
