Habilitation à exercer l'activité professionnelle:
Applications should be comprised of three (3) distinct envelopes, namely:
One envelope labeled 'Digital Interactive Marketing Services: Candidacy', containing information and formalities necessary for evaluating if candidacy requirements are met:
— Cover letter, duly dated and signed, including the mention 'Digital Interactive Marketing Services' and specifying the lot(s) in respect of which the Proposal is being submitted.
— Identification form (Annex 2 to the Invitation to tender), duly completed and signed, accompanied by documentary proof of registration on a professional or corporate register.
— Sworn statement (Annex 3 to the Invitation to tender), dated and signed by a duly authorized representative, certifying that the candidate
(i) has fulfilled its fiscal and social security obligations;
(ii) is not subject to any voluntary or involuntary liquidation, bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings or any other similar proceedings provided for under national legislation or regulation; and
(iii) is not prohibited from participating in invitations to tender.
A second envelope labeled 'Digital Interactive Marketing Services: Qualifications', which shall contain all information and documents relating to the operator’s economic and financial and technical and professional qualifications (specified in Sections III.2.2 and III.2.3, below).

A third envelope labeled 'Digital Interactive Marketing Services: Proposed Plan' which shall contain the proposed plan of action and budget breakdown (detailed in the Invitation to tender).
Situation économique et financière:
— Description of the candidate’s organizational structure and list of markets in which it is established
— Description of the candidate’s principal fields of activity
— Activity reports for the past three (3) years
— Copy of the candidate’s balance sheet and consolidated income statements of the last three (3) financial years
Capacité technique et professionnelle:
— Experience relating to the wine and spirits industry, including knowledge of the applicable legislative and/or regulatory framework, and knowledge of the Market(s) (i.e. the countries concerned), with a supporting list and summary description of major clients of the last three (3) years
