In accordance with article R.2185-1 of the public procurement code, the contracting authority decides to declare closed the procedure, for reasons of general interest, due to Ifremer's need to redefine its requirements. The contracting authority stops the current award procedure and plans to re-launch a procedure by modifying the consultation documents. In particular, the following changes will be made: - Suppression of allotment, given the need for technical compatibility between equipments; - Modification of some equipment technical specifications; - Modification of the form of the contract (framework agreement instead of lump-sum contract), in order to be able to order spare parts for a period of 4 years instead of a batch of spare parts; - Purchase as part of the Ifremer/Genavir consortium.
