- Presentation of the Candidate

- Letter of application (on free paper) duly dated and signed, indicating the name and quality of the person entitled (legal representative) to bind the Candidate (Candidate being a sole supplier company or an association of companies in which case indication of its representative and declaration by the representative as to its right to commit the other members of the association), as well as the summary list of Lots for which the Candidate shows interest

- Certification of registration at the Trade and companies Register, professional register, or equivalent, or K-bis Extract of less than 3 months (when French company registered under the Laws of France) or equivalent document for Candidates established in a country other than France

- Key information, if not provided for in the registration extract mentioned in the previous bullet point, on legal form, corporate name, share capital, Candidate registered office, registration number on the Trade and companies registry...

- Synthetic presentation of the Candidate, its workforce and its shareholding

- Synthetic presentation of subcontractors who may be entrusted with services by the Candidate, for the execution of one or more lots of the Consultation

- Certificate on the honor of the Candidate's legal representative stating:

o That the Candidate does not fall under the following prohibitions on participating in the Consultation:

- Judicial liquidation of the Candidate or personal bankruptcy;

- Conviction of the corporation for tax evasion;

o That it meets all of its obligations to report and pay taxes, and social security contributions;

o That the work will be carried out with employees employed regularly under the social rules in force in the country, production and performance, and in the case of France, where appropriate, under articles L. 8254-1, L. 3243-1 to L. 3243-4 and L. 1221-13 to L. 1221-15 of the Labour Code, which are equivalent rules of effect for foreign employees;

o For applicants established in France, that the Candidate has not been convicted for offences under articles L. 8221-1 at L.8221-5, L. 8231-1 and L. 8241-1 to L. 8241-2 of the Labour Code, relating to work concealed, and that it is in good standing under articles L. 5212-1 and L. 5212-11 of the labour code concerning the employment of disabled workers;

o That it undertake to respect the O.I.T. (International Labour Organization) code of conduct on the prohibition of forced labour (Convention 29 and 105), freedom of association and the right to negotiate (Convention 97 and 98), the prohibition of child labour (Convention 138) and non-discrimination in employment (Convention 111);

o That it has not been the subject of any criminal conviction as a legal entity, nor of any prohibition on bidding in the context of a procedure for the devolution of public contracts.
