The consultation aims at the acquisition of commercial data within the framework of the EUSST program of the European Commission. This involves the integration of already operational commercial sensors, based on known technologies (radars, optical sensors and passive telemetry sensors, laser telemetry and other suitable sensors) installed either on the ground or in space.

Conditions de participation
Habilitation à exercer l'activité professionnelle:

1° A document relating to the powers of the persons authorized to represent the candidate

2° A dated and signed sworn statement justifying that he does not fall under any of the cases mentioned in Articles L. 2141-1 to 5 and L. 2141-7 to 11 of the CCP and in particular that he is in good standing with regard to articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the labor code concerning the employment of disabled workers. This declaration is to be provided by the individual candidates, by each of the members of a candidate group and, where applicable, by the subcontractors presented.

Situation économique et financière:

1° Declaration concerning the overall turnover and the turnover concerning the service covered by the contract, made during the last three financial years available

2° Appropriate statement from banks or proof of professional risk insurance

3° Balance sheets or extracts from balance sheets, relating to the last three years, of economic operators for whom the drawing up of balance sheets is compulsory under the law

Capacité technique et professionnelle:

1° Presentation of a list of comparable or similar activities carried out by the company over the last three years, supported by certificates of good performance for the most important works. These certificates, provided by therecipient of the services (or failing that, by a statement from the candidate), indicate the amount of the work, the periods and places of performance;

2° Declaration indicating the candidate's average annual workforce and the number of managerial staff for each of the last three years, in connection with the subject of this contract notice;

3° Demonstration of the technical skills required (experience, know-how, ongoing developments, etc.)

4° Demonstration of organizational skills (resources, services, etc.)

5° Certificates of professional qualifications of the candidate (or any other evidence) such as to justify the ability to perform the services of the contract.
