VE implemented a dematerialized procedure for the transmission of bidding documents and the submission of candidates' requests to participate. The tool used is the E Sourcing SAVE solution, which allows buyers to manage the various stages of the purchasing process in a collaborative manner from start to finish. All documents must be submitted by the candidates on the SAVE E-Sourcing platform. A link will be sent electronically to the candidates who have expressed their interest by sending an email to VE’s Procurement Category Manager: Sébastien Nicolaon Direction des Achats Groupe sebastien.nicolaon@veolia.com with copy to: naomie.laustau@veolia.com All documents issued by VE or by Supplier shall be in English, with the sole exception of official documents which may be in French if not available in English. Any official document that would not be written in English or in French shall be provided with a translation in English. The potential Global Framework Agreement will be written in English. The documents must be sent in electronic format (in the required formats where these are specified and, failing this, in PDF format for the other documents). All costs associated with participating in the competitive procedure are the responsibility of the tenderer. In case of difficulties regarding the use of the SAVE e-sourcing tool, it is the candidate’s responsibility to contact the VE’s Procurement Category Manager. Tenderers may submit (not mandatory) a hard copy of the documents that they uploaded on the E-Sourcing SAVE platform. Brief description of application rules:
-Applications will be done by email to the contact person indicated in I.1) at the latest on 30th June 2022 at 23:00h (CET)
- Then the candidates will receive a consultation file on Veolia’s E-sourcing web tool “SAVE” (https://save.veolia.com). Connection will be done via login/passord provided by email
- After receipt of the candidate’s information and documents, VE will do a first pre-qualification on the basis of the data provided by the candidate on the following items:
All documents have been properly filled by the candidate;
Requested official documents have been submitted by the candidate;
The candidate’ balance sheet is strong enough to be able to follow VE on its expansion;
The candidate’s sales organisation is in line with the business of VE.
