This will in particular include a support on technical studies related to landfall design, and UXO offshore survey (including representation of client on board vessel) and a technical and project management support for the supply of the offshore link. This support is intended for the two projects of the offshore wind farms of Normandy (AO4) and South Brittany (AO5) .

The Employer reserves the right, when awarding the contract, to ask the group to be transformed into a solidary group or with a jointly-liable representative of the consortium, insofar as this transformation is necessary for the proper performance of the contract.

In this case, all the supporting official documents requested in II.2.9 shall be provided by each member of the group of economic operators.
Except in cases provided for in article R.2142-26 of the French Public Code, the composition of the solidary group applying for a tender notice cannot be changed between the date of tender submissions and the date of signature of the contract.

Documentation and certification required have to be provided in French or in English.
In order to be considered, the candidate shall submit the following administrative documents :
