— repair preparedness and repair engineering activities,
— project, quality and HSE management throughout all preparedness, engineering and repair activities,
— mobilisation of the contractor with the required repair vessel(s), personnel and equipment in a timeframe to minimise the asset down-time (to be specified at tender stage). Dedicated vessel(s) on stand-by is not expected,
— loading and offloading of spare cables and accessories,
— overall scope of cable repair, including fault location, related surveys, cable deburial and cutting, cable handling, recovery, laying, repair joint deployment, cable and repair joint burial and protection, monitoring/testing along the repair operations. Cable sealing, jointing and terminations works are excluded,

— specific activities related to cable repair at Landfall and at the Offshore Platform, including mobilisation and demobilisation of required equipment onshore or at the Offshore Platform, and cable pull-in activities,
— regular/annual desktop exercise – rehearsal of a repair scenario,
— where/if required, preventive maintenance on export cable dynamic sections and accessories for Floating Offshore Wind Farms.

— an extract of the registration in the Trade and Companies Register (K bis form), or an identification card justifying the registration in the trade register (original or copy) dated less than 3 months before the deadline for response; or a receipt of the filing of a declaration with a business formalities center for legal entities or individuals in the process of registration.

The candidate (or each Party in case of JV/Consortium) has an average turnover of EUR 5 million for the year 2020, 2019 and 2018.
Capacité technique et professionnelle:
The following criteria will be evaluated (non exhaustive list):

— technical capability to fulfill the scope of work,
— quality,
— environment management,
— language.

Candidate may submit bids as:
(i) single company/group or;
(ii) a JV/consortium.
In the case of JV/consortium, PQQ responses will be accepted from candidates provided that at least 1 entity involved in the JV/consortium has registered interest before the closing date stated within the contract notice.
PQQ responses will be required for all JV/Consortium members.
RTE reserve the right to ask all the JV/consortium members to be jointly and severally liable in case of attribution.
An candidate who submit an offer as part of a JV/consortium shall not submit an offer as single/group companyor with another JV/consortium.
An candidate who submit an offer as a single company/group shall not submit an offer as member of a JV/consortium.
