The object of the contract is the supply of the 5 major chemicals (sulfuric acid, caustic soda, sodium hypochlorite, ammonia and hydrochloric acid) used by EDF SA, EDF Energy, Cyclife, Dalkia and Dalkia Wastenergy. The products will be supplied either in bulk or under various packaging.

The candidate must provide a sworn statement to justify that he does not fall under any of the cases mentioned in articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-5 and L. 2141-7 to L. 2141-11 of the public procurement, in particular that it meets the obligations concerning the employment of disabled workers defined in articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the labor code. This declaration is to be produced by the individual candidates and by each of the members of a consortium and by the subcontractors presented.

The candidate must submit an extract from the relevant register such as a K bis extract, or an equivalent document enabling the candidate to be identified. This document is to be provided by individual candidates and by each member of a consortium.

— Public liability insurance

— presentation of the main customers (references) and further information on internal datasheet concerning companies.

Financial Health an Up-to-date provision of Dun & Bradstreet rating, Financial Strength, Risk Indicator number and summary report
