The object of the following tender is to request a quotation for the production and construction of some specific french pavilions taken place in Europe in 2020-2022 and possibly in 2023 designed by the exhibition design and services of Business France (SCA).
The bidder has to propose the most adequate technical solutions and materials to that effect.
The quotation includes the production, transportation and material handling on site, construction (set up/dismantling), maintenance during the trade show, maintenance and storage of the custom made and standard elements specially built for Business France between trade shows, cleaning after build-up and dismantling and the relevant insurances.
