The object of the following tender is to request a quotation for the production and construction of the french pavilion on food and wine trade shows in China in 2020-2021 and possibly 2022 and 2023 designed by the exhibition design and services of Business France.
The bidder has to propose a design and the most adequate technical solutions and materials to that effect.
For all the versions, the quotation must include the production, transportation (in Chengdu, Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai) and material handling on site, construction (set up/dismantling), maintenance and strorage between the trade shows of the elements specially built for Business France, wired internet connection for Business France booth, cleaning after the build-up, during the show and after the dismantling, maintenance during the trade show and the relevant insurances.
For the wine versions in Chengdu, Hong Kong and China, the quotation must also include water supply, drainage and water eater for each.
