Situation économique et financière:
Candidates must provide evidence of an annual revenue of at least 5 000 000 EUR (5 million euros) over the last 3 fiscal years.
Capacité technique et professionnelle:
Candidates must provide:
— evidence attesting to their ability to supply Enriched Boric Acid with a Boron10 isotope (10B) content equal to 39,5 % (atomic %),
— the factory where the enrichment of the product was carried out.
Any candidacy application must mandatorily attach all of the documents attesting that the candidate complies with all the abovementioned participation requirements.
The contract outsourcer reserves the possibility of sending an additional dossier to review the candidate’s suitability.
For information purposes, the tendering dossier will mention the supplier’s obligation to comply with the REACH directive and meet the accreditation requirements of EDF (among other: product specification and quality assurance system, access to production areas of the factory to be granted by the supplier to EDF for audits purpose — these audits only aiming at assessing actual implementation in production areas of quality management system and provisions on the environment protection, social responsibility and sustainability of the production).

Payment to be made 60 days as of the date of invoice receipt. Invoicing upon receipt of service provision.

EDF accepts consortia (groupements) of jointly and/or severally liable companies. In case of a consortium, one of the consortium members shall be appointed as lead Agent. For contract execution purposes, the Agent shall be jointly and severally liable for each of the consortium members as related to their respective contractual obligations toward EDF.

Without prejudice to Article 50.I of the Decree dated 23.7.2015, the membership of a consortium may not be modified between the delivery date of the candidacy application and the date of signature of the contract, except in the event of a company restructuring or if the consortium provides evidence that one of its members is incapable of accomplishing its task for reasons out of its control.

Furthermore, a tenderer who submits a proposal on behalf of a consortium of companies, may not submit another proposal on its own individual behalf or on behalf of another consortium.
