The object of the following tender is to quote the design, the production and construction of the French Pavilions in the USA shows in 2019, 2020 and possibly 2021 and 2022. The bidder has to propose a design and the most adequate technical solutions and materials to that effect.
The quotes includes the design, production, transportation, drayage, construction (setting up and dismantling), storage of the custom made and standard elements specially built for Business France, power supply, cleaning at end of set up and daily cleaning, internet connection for information / Business France area and the proper insurances.
