Consultancy services for publications technologies
This framework agreement and the subsequent contracts to which it may give rise concern the procurement of consultancy services for publications technologies.
This framework agreement does not specify in detail the object of subsequent contracts and, in particular, does not describe:
— the precise technical and functional characteristics of the services,
— the precise description of the services covered by the subsequent contracts,
— the deliverables,
— turnaround times,
— the expected results,
— the quantities,
— the final prices,
— the quality of the services,
— the deadline for submitting bids for the subsequent contracts.
Place of implementation: the premises of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, or other Council of Europe sites. Some of the services may be provided remotely, via a secure internet connection.
The subsequent contracts may be issued by Directorates of the Council of Europe.
