The International Criminal Police Organization — INTERPOL with headquarters at 200, quai Charles de Gaulle, 69006 Lyon (France) is launching an open call for bids with a view to the conclusion and execution of one or several contract(s) for the provision and delivery of broadband digital wireless solutions and services to be deployed in West African countries participating in the WAPIS programme. This open call for bids covers more specifically services to be delivered in Benin, Mali, Ghana and Niger. Candidates may cover all or part of these countries.
