The Secretary General of the Council of Europe has decided to launch a call for tenders for a comprehensive cloud -based SaaS (Software as a service) e-Learning platform that provides e-Learning services for e-Learning courses developed for staff members as well as external partners. In addition, technical support services are also expected to be provided, as well as integration of services with the information system of the Council of Europe.
