CRIMARIO IT System IORIS IMN — Indian Ocean Regional Information Sharing and Incident Management Network
The objective of the framework contract is to implement and establish a cost-effective communications tool (hereby designated as IORIS-IMN) to meet the immediate needs of the Indian Ocean countries' in respect to maritime information sharing and incident management.
The framework contract aims at providing:
— Development and implementation of an IT System providing a maritime information network supported by a platform capable of enhancing maritime safety and security, and providing a real-time communications tool for incident management. The IT System shall enhance Maritime Situational Awareness in national areas of responsibility, and the Indian Ocean region;
— Training sessions and support documents;
— Hosting, maintenance and support to the users.
