The creation and development of a generic information PA/PR campaign targeting all participating EMF countries: 1) stakeholders of the environment, 2) influencers and millenials in order to increase the awareness of the dairy sector's positive role within the specific target groups, taking into account the different production systems of EMF member countries, with a European dimension.

Brève description:

The EMF intends to submit an application for EU funding for a programme to increase the awareness of Union sustainable agriculture and the role of the agri-food sector for climate action and the environment.

As part of this application process, EMF wishes to engage the services of a PA/PR agency that will be responsible for the creation and development of a generic campaign to promote and provide information to different target groups in these 6 countries (7 countries if Austria is part of the programme).

Possible communication channels

PA, PR activities such as symposium at EU level, online communication, video, farm and dairy plants visits.

Maybe online communication, print, therefore certainly visual material, no TVC, no specific website.

The detailed proposal, written in English, must contain the following aspects:

Overall suggestions;

Strategic recommendation to develop and activate the concept;

PA PR activities;

Common tools print and online (no TVC);

Adaptation and/or translations of all tools;

A detailed activation and communication plan per participating country corresponding to their budget and the channels used.

Estimated value mentioned in II.2.6) will be 3 900 000 EUR should Austria be part of the program.

Situation économique et financière:

— Form DC1 and DC2 duly completed, dated and signed or the European Single Procurement Document;

— Extract of profit/loss account for the last 3 years;

— Statement concerning the overall turnover of the candidate and, if applicable, the turnover of the field of activity covered by the contract for the last three financial years available.

Capacité technique et professionnelle:

— Declaration concerning the name and capacity of the person authorized to commit the agency and, where appropriate, the mandate entitling him to do so;

— List of similar services provided over the last 3 years. The tenderer will indicate the amount, the date and the name of the client in compliance with any obligations of confidentiality.

— In case of application in the form of a consortium, the tenderer specifies the form of the consortium (joint-and-several liability consortium or as joint-liability-only consortium), appoints the representative of the consortium and produces the mandate empowering the representative to validly engage the consortium.

— A description of the material and human resources of the tenderer justifying his capacity to perform the services requested; in particular, staff and resources in the participating countries through branches, affiliates or partners in each of the participating countries.
