The evaluation for a generic campaign on cheese and cheese culture targeting consumers through stakeholders such as school/training/education, retailers and KOL. The objective of this campaign under the global concept ‘European multi country programme on cheese and cheese culture’ is to improve the image and increase awareness of the merits of cheese as a European agricultural product, to promote their high quality, great diversity, food safety, major place in the EU's gastronomy etc., and to increase the consumption of cheese in the different markets, taking into account their specificities and cultural situation.
A first programme ‘Cheese Up Your Life’, co-financed by the EUC (2015 — 2017), is currently running.

Habilitation à exercer l'activité professionnelle:

1. A declaration concerning the name and capacity of the person authorized to commit the agency and, where appropriate, the mandate entitling him to do so;

2. Copy of any sentence(s) passed if the candidate is under supervision of the courts. Persons coming Under court supervision with the meaning of Article L.631-1 of the Code of Commerce or an equivalent procedure governed by foreign law must furnish proof of their authorization to continue their activity during the foreseeable duration for completion of the contract;

3. A certificate of incorporation, if applicable;

4. A certificate of good standing delivered by the Secretary of State of Incorporation;

5. An affidavit, duly signed and dated by the person mandated by the board of directors to commit the company;

6. An enrolment on the professional or trade register;

7. A certificate of the competent state authority, certifying that: the company is in good standing and has duly paid all federal, state and local taxes; the company has never filed for bankruptcy or protection from creditors under the bankruptcy laws; the company has never been barred from any public tendering by any public

authority.

Situation économique et financière:

1. An extract of financial statements (profit/loss account and balance sheet) for the last 3 years.

2. Federal income tax returns (without annexes) for the last 3 years.

Capacité technique et professionnelle:

1. A list of the main professional references of the candidate for the last 3 years with amount, date and name of customer. Presentation of the 3, for this tender, most relevant cases;

2. A brochure presenting the agency and indicating its resources in terms of structure, staff and resources;

3. The candidate must prove to have branches, affiliates or partners in each of the participating countries.

N.B.

a) In case the candidate agency makes a proposal in a grouping, each entity must provide all documents mentioned above.

b) In case part of the proposal will be subcontracted, a declaration (form DC13 in France or equivalent) must be provided for each subcontractor mentioning the type of activity to be subcontracted, its name, type of entity, address, the maximum amount to be subcontracted, the conditions of payment to be arranged in a subcontracting contract and the professional and financial capacity of the subcontractor.
