Creation and development of a European multi country programme on cheese and cheese culture in internal markets
The creation and development of a generic campaign on cheese and cheese culture targeting consumers through stakeholders such as school/training/education, retailers and KOL. The objective of this campaign under the global concept ‘European multi country programme on cheese and cheese culture’ is to improve the image and increase awareness of the merits of cheese as a European agricultural product, to promote their high quality, great diversity, food safety, major place in the EU's gastronomy etc., and to increase the consumption of cheese in the different markets, taking into account their specificities and cultural situation.
A first programme ‘Cheese Up Your Life’, co-financed by the EUC (2015 — 2017), is currently running.
