In case of outsourcing, applicants must provide the forms DC1 and DC2 as well as DC4 duly signed, completed and accompanied by documentary evidence.

Shall the candidate require taking into account the capacity of other organizations, these shall also be confirmed during the market implementation.
— Market share and turnover in France, Europe and Worldwide.
Presentation of the latest economic development linked to the industrial strategy (industrial re-organization, technical specialization, diversification of manufactured goods, etc.).

Financed on KEOLIS's equity in case of investments or externally through private backers in case of operational leasing with a third backer.

The economical operators are authorized to bid as joint-and-several liability consortiums or as joint-liability-only consortiums. One of the consortium members must be appointed as the authorized representative. Candidates cannot submit for one, or more lots, several offers as a member of different consortiums.
