The organization is issuing the present call for tenders with a view to the conclusion and execution of 1 or several Contract(s), the objective of which is the provision of STADIA knowledge management system, a web based system that will have 2 core components:
— A knowledge repository of best practices of security in major sporting events that all INTERPOL member countries could contribute to and benefit from,
— An online collaborative platform for experts in this field to share, discuss, publish and analyse the evolving aspects of major sporting event security.
In any case and as detailed in the technical specifications, candidates are required to propose a standard software, delivered as ‘Software as a Service’ through the internet. Variants may be suggested as complementary.
Offers that do not include standard software, nor ‘Software as a Service’ will be automatically rejected.
