GEIE European Milk Forum (EMF)

The creation and development of a generic promotion and information campaign, to different consumer target groups in all participating EMF member countries, regarding butter and highlighting the taste and authenticity of this product from European agriculture. The objective of the campaign is to increase the consumption of butter within the specific target groups, taking into account the different cultures and market situations of EMF members.

4. a certificate of good standing delivered by the Secretary of State of Incorporation;
5. an affidavit, duly signed and dated by the person mandated by the board of directors to commit the company;
6. an enrolment on the professional or trade register;
7. a certificate of the competent state authority, certifying that: the company is in good standing and has duly paid all federal, state and local taxes; the company has never filed for bankruptcy or protection from creditors under the bankruptcy laws; the company has never been barred from any public tendering by any public authority.

1. An extract of financial statements (profit/loss account and balance sheet) for the last 3 years.
2. The federal income tax returns (without annexes) for the last 3 years.
Capacité technique et professionnelle:
1. A list of the main professional references of the candidate for the last 3 years with amount, date and name of customer. Presentation of the 3, for this tender, most relevant cases.
2. A brochure presenting the agency and indicating its resources in terms of structure, staff and resources.
3. The candidate must prove to have branches, affiliates or partners in each of the participating countries.
4. A motivation letter of maximum 2 pages with additional arguments.
